Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow In Slippin’ ‘N’ Dippin’

I managed to get this from before it sold out after seeing it on Fleurs youtube and on her blog. The big bonus is that this shade is on the Benefit website for £14.00 so I basically got it for half price, only paying £6.95.

I’m always impressed with Benefits packaging and the little quotes that are on the backs of the cards. This one says “I never met a carb I didn’t like - Gabbi”

So the shade I bought, Slippin’ ‘n’ dippin’, is a peachy pink with a golden undertone which will be perfect for summer as just a light wash of colour on the lid.

For me this lasts really well, and doesn’t crease just like the name. I don’t even have to wear a primer underneath. Also as the name states, it is so creamy and blends really easily. The colour works well alone or as a base for other shadows. It’s a good dupe for Mac’s Rubenesque paint pot but as I don’t own it I can’t do a comparison photo.

Rating: ♥♥♥♥♥

You can read Fleurs post here and have a look at her swatches. Mine weren’t photographing very well but if I get a day with better light I’ll ad some in.

What other colours would you recommend?

  1. Wow, that is such a stunning colour! It reminds me of Fyrinnae 'Rapunzel Had Extensions'. I've heard nothing but good things about the creaseless creams, but I doubt they'd stand up to much on my oily lids :/

  2. Looks gorgeous! <3

  3. This looks really pretty and you got a great bargain. Benefit products always have such cute packaging. x

  4. RSVP is my favourite shade! It's perfect for every day and very long lasting. I like the look of skinny jeans too! xx

  5. @beautys bad habit, oooh I haven't tried any fyrinnae products! Oh that's a shame, would they work if you put a primer underneath?:) xxx

  6. @Lily lipstick, great packaging always draws me in :) xxx

  7. @Pyxiee, will have to check RSVP out :) xxx
